Unable to create a new group

Hi,

 

i can't create a new group when the french language is selected.

Could you please have a look?

Hi Frederika, my settings are currently on French language, i manage to create a groupe by going into the "nouveau tab" and then i click into "groupe"> i just needed to start typing the name and fill up all the info requested and that was it? try it and let me know if it worked!

Hello Christy,

 

I confirm that the problem has not been resolved.

There seems to be a bug which prevents us from creating a new group in French.

 

The only way I could create a new group was by:

 

1. changing the language used in my profile from French to English

2. creating the group in English

3. reverting then to French for the language in my profile

 

I hope the above helps my colleagues until the issue is fixed...

Hi Frederika,

 

i faced the same problem before.

 

The way i resolved it was to  take out the setting for  "events"  on the very bottom of the script.

Then it worked.

 

However - still i cannot activate "events" for my groups.

I can't create a new group. I'm working in Italian language.

Message of error is : read the error , but never message is available.

This problem also exists for german. I got the same meaningless error message and the same workaround did it.
