The Registration Evaluation Authorisation (and restriction) of CHemicals regulations came into force across European Union Member States on 1/6/07.
The aim of REACH is to protect health and the environment driven by the obligatory flow of safety data throughout the supply chain.
The most frequently used substances will require registration supported by the appropriate level of safety data. There will be specific obligations around so called Substances of Very High Concern and some of these may require an “authorisation of use” to be granted at significant cost| Subject | Author | ||
